By using Arena you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Arena is

Arena turns a description into a playable game using AI, and lets you publish it for others to play and remix. It is early software, provided as is, without warranties. It may change, break, or lose data.

Your account

Your Solana wallet is your account. You are responsible for keeping your wallet and seed phrase secure. We cannot recover a lost wallet, and anyone controlling your wallet controls your Arena account.

Credits

• Credits are a prepaid balance for using the service — building games, generating and editing sprites, and remix fees. They are not a currency, a security, or an investment, and they carry no value outside Arena.
• Credits are bought by transferring SKR. Because those transfers are on-chain and irreversible, credits are non-refundable.
• Credits are spent when work is performed. A build that fails for a reason on our side is not charged; a build that completes but that you dislike is.
• Prices are shown in the app before you spend and may change over time.

Content you create

• You keep ownership of the games and sprites you create, and you are responsible for them.
• By publishing, you grant us permission to host, display and distribute that content within Arena, and to let other users remix it on the terms you set.
• Anything you upload must be yours to upload. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.
• AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be unique, and similar output may be produced for other people.

What you may not do

• Publish content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or harassing.
• Impersonate another person or project, or misrepresent a token or its value.
• Attempt to break out of the game sandbox, or attack the service or other users.
• Automate abuse of generation or scoring, or manipulate leaderboards.

Published games are reviewed before going live, but review is not a guarantee of quality or safety. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Shared links

Unpublished games shared by link are unlisted, not private: anyone holding the link can open the game, including anyone it is forwarded to. Do not share a link to something you want kept confidential.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arena is provided without warranty and we are not liable for lost content, lost credits, lost tokens, or damages arising from use of the service.
