Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 August 2026

Arena lets you describe a game, have it built, and publish it. This page describes what we store, why, and who else sees it. It covers the Arena mobile app and the pages served at arena.koretex.ai.

What we collect

DataWhy
Your Solana wallet addressIt is your account. Connecting a wallet is how you sign in — we never see or hold your private keys, seed phrase, or funds.
What you type or say to build a gameYour prompts and refinement instructions are sent to an AI model to generate the game, and kept so a game can be iterated on and reviewed.
Games, sprites and images you create or uploadStored so you can play, edit and publish them. Sprites you create are private to your account unless they appear in a game you share or publish.
Play recordsScore, session length and a count of inputs, per play. Used for leaderboards and to spot implausible scores.
Credit historyA ledger of credits purchased with SKR and spent on builds, sprite generation and remix fees, so balances are auditable.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers. There is no analytics SDK and no third-party ad network in the app.

Permissions the app asks for

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Games, sprites and play records are kept while your account exists. To delete your account and its content, contact us at getkloutgg@gmail.com from the wallet you use with Arena and we will remove it. On-chain transactions cannot be deleted, and copies of a game someone else remixed will remain with that person.

Children

Arena is not directed at children under 13, and requires a crypto wallet to use. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and the new version is published here.
